Weekly rates: $1400 + prevailing Dutchess County lodging tax.
Minimum stay of one week beginning at 3 pm on Friday and ending by 11 am the following Friday.

Daily rates: $225 + prevailing sales tax & Dutchess County lodging tax for stays of less than 7 days.
2 night minimum requirement. Holiday weekends have 3 night minimum.
Advance bookings for weekends are not available during June, July, or August. Weekend bookings for those months are only accepted a week prior to your requested stay if we do not already have a full week booked.

Conditions of rental: 50% deposit to secure reservation. Payment in full 1 month in advance. Security deposit of $600 for weekly rentals and $300 for weekend rentals is also required. Security deposit to be refunded after inspection of premises within one week of your departure.

Cancellation policy:		$50 handling fee for any cancellations
		* Up to 30 days prior to arrival - Full refund (-$50) * 14 - 29 days prior to arrival - 50% refund * 0 - 13 days prior to arrival - No refund
		* Full refund given if alternative rental is obtained (by either you or us)
